O CORREDOR INGLÊS CARL RYDE - EXCELENTE 5º LUGAR NOS 10KMS MANCHESTER

Numa prova de estrada muito dura cheia de subidas e corrida com mau tempo realizou-se este fim de semana os 10kms de Manchester Carl fez um tempo de 33:34. Os tem,pos no geral são lentos para os 10kms e mesmo os quenianos profissionais fizeram tempos fracos para a distãncia.

On a very hard race with a lot of hills and bad weather, Carl Ryde made a magnificent time of 33:34. Generally the time obtained by the kenyan racers are weak.

No final de Julho o Carl vai participar nos 10kms BUPA em Cardiff – onde estive e tive o prazer de acompanhar o Alberto Chaiça e Leão de Carvalho na edição do ano passado dessa mesma prova – por gentileza do Américo Brito que se disponibilizou para eu o substituir nessa viagem. Depois o grande objectivo do carl para este ano será a 1ª experiência na distância da maratona em Amesterdão.

At the end of July Carl will manage to participate at the 10kms BUPA - Cardiff were i had the pleasure to travel with Alberto Chaiça and Leão de Carvalho last year.
Afterwards the big aim of Carl is to participate at the first time on a marathon at Amesterdam.
